Musical Massage Sound Therapy has three different areas of focus, on three separate tracks on the CD.
Most people just play the entire CD, which is a little over an hour in length. However, if you plan to use this for specific types of therapy, the additional information below, which has been noticed by Medical Intuitives in many repeat sessions, may help you to enhance a specific desired effect.
Track 1 (Gentle). Medical Intuitives have suggested that the first variation is especially helpful for physical and emotional problems associated with the first and second layers of the Human Energy Field. Examples might include: pain relief, muscle relaxation, post surgical relief, grounding and physical stress.
Track 2 (Moderate) is especially good for stimulating thoughts, improving mental clarity and creativity (third to fifth layers of the Human Energy Field). It is also designed to balance Human Energy Fields that are 30-60% deviant from the normal pattern and is specifically useful for eliminating addictions of all kinds, including alcohol and tobacco.
Track 3 (Rigorous) has proven helpful for healing old issues, for stabilizing emotionally handicapped students, and for routing out old hurts, feelings of victimization, chronic or severe illness (outer layers of the Human Energy Field). It is best for balancing energies which are severely out of balance. NOTE: Track 3 has occasionally (on rare occasions) brought up vivid memories of old traumas or past life difficulties which were uncomfortable for the listener. If this occurs, simply repeat track one and two and omit three until the individual has progressed in their emotional clearing.
Track 3 has also been noted to assist in enhancing the start tetrahedron shaped energy field and to unite a group medicating together into a single light body.
