One Life Center

One Life Center is a planned community, retreat and wellness center.  More of the plan will be posted on this site in the future.

The following is a sketch of the land layout for the first module of One Life Center.  The colored large areas are exterior landscaped garden areas, which will be landscaped to indicate the sacred geometry pattern.  The overall pattern is arranged in a phi ratio rectangular space about 3.5 acres in size, with the top and bottom areas available for additional buildings, including crafthouses, greenhouses, and additional wellness facilities.  Pasture, livestock and parking, outdoor recreation areas, hiking trails, pools, etc, can also be added in the extended outdoor areas.  Remember the whole diagram is only 3.5 acres, so everything is in easy walking distance.

The white circles indicate the placement of the residential clusters, each containing six individual residences and a bath house.  The second drawing shows the detail of the white circles.

The inner pale blue circle is a pavilion, i.e., outdoor patio area, with the sanctuary, dining, and classroom areas adjoining.  I have not yet placed the craft houses.  I feel we need one each for woodworking, ceramics, fine arts, and crafts.  Perhaps these can be additional domes located just outside the colored areas.

This next sketch shows the detail inside the white circles from above.  The outer circle is a 60' diameter Pacific Domes Sun Dome, with greenhouse-like effects.  It covers the entire area in which 5 (yellow) 16' domes nest in the perimeter, for 5 individual residences and a bath house.

The bath house will contain several toilets, sinks, showers and one large and cozy tub area with skylights.

This configuration allows for a completely weather-proof solution, with the entire area protected by the outer dome, and the individual residences also protected by winter liners in the coldest seasons.  Panels can be replaced with screen panels in the warmer seasons, to allow for plenty of ventilation.

The light green areas of floor space will be made of wooden decking, and will be used for many potted plants and trees, for aesthetics, and to keep the air fresh.
